I’m Andrew G Miller, a full-stack product designer and systems thinker with a deep focus on building elegant solutions to complex problems.

For over a decade I’ve worked across product, brand and front-end engineering to help teams turn ideas into reality. My experience spans fintech, healthcare and B2B SaaS where I’ve led design for everything from internal dashboards and AI-driven EHRs to conversion funnels and design systems.

What motivates me is creating clarity. I work to translate technical requirements and business goals into experiences that feel intuitive and grounded. I focus on end-to-end product thinking and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure every detail connects back to the strategy.

In past roles I’ve designed tools used by enterprise teams, startup founders and caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. At RingCentral I led the design of an IVR orchestration platform built with Krispy Kreme to streamline media workflows at scale. At Porch I redesigned key B2B and internal tools to improve usability and performance across the business. More recently I led the product design of an AI-enhanced EHR prototype using RAG LLM chat to simplify access to care data and boost trust in system responses.

I work best in environments where design drives momentum. I enjoy shaping early product direction, building scalable systems and partnering across functions to deliver thoughtful results.
